These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fridgefilterkits.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from FridgeFilterKits. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
FridgeFilterKits is a trading name of LMTS Development Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17148125), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LMTS Development Ltd.
2. Compatible products & trademarks
We sell compatible, aftermarket replacement refrigerator filters. Our products are not original manufacturer (OEM) parts. Brand names, model numbers and trademarks are used for compatibility reference only, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturers. Please read our Disclaimer.
3. Products, pricing & availability
We try to describe products and display prices accurately. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time before you order. Products are subject to availability and may be out of stock; we may limit quantities, and we may correct any obvious pricing or description errors. If we discover an error affecting your order, we’ll contact you and may cancel and refund the affected items.
4. Orders & acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges we received your order; a contract is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud) and will refund any payment taken.
5. Payment
Payment is taken through a secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment provider. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store your full card details.
6. Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy, both of which form part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, graphics and logos (excluding third-party trademarks used for compatibility reference) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
9. Warranties & disclaimers
Except as expressly stated and as required by applicable law, the Site and products are provided “as is”. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Product performance depends on factors such as local water quality and correct installation, as explained in our Disclaimer. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Our total liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in that order. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version with the “last updated” date above applies to your use of the Site and to orders placed after it is posted.
